    Cucina Cipoletti Mezze Maniche is made of durum wheat semolina sustainably grown in the rural Tuscan Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage landscape resembling the Renaissance paintings it inspired. Mezze maniche is a versatile pasta that pairs perfectly with classic dishes as well as seafood and meat recipes. The tubes’ ridges are masters of collecting every delicious drop of sauce they’re bathed in. Our process of bronze cutting and slow drying the intricate shape ensures the highest level of quality you can taste.

    Cucina Cipoletti pasta brings the robust Mediterranean flavors of sun-kissed Italy to your table. In the spirit of Italian eating, which embraces slow and local food, our pasta is made of two simple ingredients and is produced by an artisanal pastificio in the Italian countryside.

    Organic durum wheat semolina, water

    Contains gluten. May contain traces of soy, eggs and mustard.

    Bring a pot of water to a lively boil and salt generously. Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring from time to time until al dente. 

    After straining, slowly mix the pasta into a sauce or combine with desired ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
